COPI is a non-profit creative industry alliance. People in film, ads, music & design who care about what's going on. Big companies and governments hire people like us to produce their awareness campaigns, usually to buy their crap or vote for them. But seeing as they're not running anything on our most pressing environmental issues, we do that for them.
COPI runs above the line campaigns powered by the best in the industry. We also work with scientists and academics, so all our campaigns are based on the latest stats, data and evidence.
COPI aims to re-balance the increasingly corporatised information environment with stuff that actually matters. We raise awareness on issues a little more important than buying more stuff.
COPI’s 2nd major people-powered campaign ‘AddressPollution.org’ launched in London September 2019, then nationwide March 2021. It relaunched April 2022 with new national data via Channel 4 News and every other major broadcaster.
Run on a crowdfunded budget and powered by volunteers in the industry of campaigns, AddressPollution.org has so far changed the law on air pollution disclosure, is ramping up public awareness to new levels and accelerating long-term systemic change.
The campaign won the United Nations Grand Prix for Good Health at Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, and is now one of the top 5 most awarded environmental campaigns worldwide.
